Flow
Control Valves
Flow control valves are used to control the blowdown rate of your boiler to prevent flashing across the conductivity probe.

190832 ¾" 0 - 300 psi
190833 ½" 0 - 150 psi
Orifice
Unions
Orifice unions with drilled plates may also be used to control the blowdown rate of your boiler. Four plates are provided with pre-drilled 1/8, 3/16, 1/4 and 5/16 holes.

102226 1" with 4 Plates, 0-1000 psi
Motorized
Ball Valves
Worcester Series 36 motorized blowdown valves are opened and closed by your Walchem boiler controller to maintain your conductivity set point.

102449 ¾" 0 - 300 psi
102450 1" 0 - 300 psi
Diverter Valves
Worcester Series 75 motorized valves are controlled by your Walchem condensate monitor. When the conductivity exceeds your set point, the condensate return is diverted to drain.
