Control Valves
Flow control valves are used to control the blowdown rate of your boiler to prevent flashing across the conductivity probe.
• 190831 ¾" 0 - 150 psi

 Orifice
Unions
Orifice unions with drilled plates may also be used to control the blowdown rate of your boiler. Four plates are provided with pre-drilled 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4” and 5/16” holes.

• 102225 ¾" with 4 Plates, 0-1000 psi
• 102226 1" with 4 Plates, 0-1000 psi
 Motorized
Ball Valves
Worcester Series 36 motorized blowdown valves are opened and closed by your Walchem boiler controller to maintain your conductivity set point.
• 102488 ½" 0 - 300 psi
• 102449 ¾" 0 - 300 psi
• 102450 1" 0 - 300 psi
Diverter Valves
Worcester Series 75 motorized valves are controlled by your Walchem condensate monitor. When the conductivity exceeds your set point, the condensate return is diverted to drain.
