A complete Dustman system consists of three, easily connected, factory assembled components: a Control Unit, a Solenoid Assembly, and a Spray Bar & Hose Assembly. This modular design provides the flexibility to satisfy virtually any dust-site application. Swivel hose fittings and adjustable spray nozzles are provided to make installation even smoother. And finally, LED indicators on the sensor and control unit verify each installation step. The end result is an extremely effective dust suppression system, tailored to your specific dust problems.
When material on the conveyor approaches the transfer point, it causes a specially adjusted roller to spin, which synchronizes the sprays to operate only as needed. If the conveyor stops, the spraying stops. This efficient spraying eliminates dust, yet prevents belt slippage due to excessive moisture.
